RAFAEL IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWESTNEAR 9 MPH (15 KM/H). A TURN TOWARD THE WEST IS EXPECTED TONIGHT. THIS GENERAL MOTION AT A SLIGHTLY SLOWER FORWARD SPEED WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
